EXPLORING THE PATTERNS THAT SHAPE OUR LIVES
Have you ever wondered why certain patterns seem to repeat in your family or relationships?
Family Constellations offer an opportunity to explore how family history, relationships and experiences may influence our lives today.
In a supportive group setting, we use representatives to create a living picture of a family system. This can offer fresh perspectives on difficult relationships, feelings of not belonging and patterns that may have been present across generations.
You are welcome to bring an issue of your own or participate as a representative. Both roles offer opportunities for reflection and insight.
Facilitated by Emma Starck, UKCP-registered psychotherapist and Family Constellations facilitator.
