Update on Spring Workshops Dates 2026

SUNDAY MARCH 29th in Brighton (Date changed from original date posted).

SATURDAY APRIL 11th in Rustington

SATURDAY and SUNDAY 9th and 10th MAY in Barnham, near Arundel. Workshop to be held outside in private gardens if weather allows, otherwise in a yurt if we need to shelter from the weather.

Thank you to everybody who has attended these workshops over the years,  I feel very privileged to have been able to facilitate them. And as one of my wonderful teachers, Brendan O’Brien says , ‘it is not the facilitator that does the work , it is the participants’.

I was reminded recently that some people are fearful of attending family constellation workshops. I didn’t have the time and space to fear my first family constellation workshop, because I stepped into the room as though it was a yoga class , windsurf theory class or singing group . This was because I was attending a spiritual holiday in Skyros and it was ‘just another activity’, or so I thought. Once I had seen my first constellation from my position in the holding circle I was amazed at the process. After 10 days of experiencing being a member of the holding circle, being a representative or being an issue holder on this beautiful Greek Island, I couldn’t believe that none of the therapists that I had come across in my time in this profession, (I started training as a therapist in 2002), was familiar with this powerful and transformative method. This was my one and only holiday to Skyros in 2012 and I spent the next 2 years attending many more family constellation workshops, including all the way through my pregnancy in Autumn 2014. Being an attachment- based therapist, and also following my instincts,

I didn’t want to leave my new baby for a prolonged period of time, so I knew family constellations would have to wait for a while. I started attending them again in 2017 and decided to start my training to facilitate family constellation workshops in 2019. I began facilitating individual constellations with existing clients, which again verified the power of the work.

And then , due to lockdowns, I trained to facilitate online workshops, which also work amazingly well. In 2022 I began facilitating in-person workshops and I really love the experience. Yes, it is painful in some ways, but it is the human pain of emotions that I have come to realise is one of the most valuable routes to health. I see life as being a series of events where grieving different cycles helps us to move fully into the next cycle. Grief is the most painful process in human experience, but unfortunately a necessary one to go through, to be able to live fully. I have seen too many people close to me that have not been able to grieve fully, and thus not live life fully.

So I have my own reasons for continuing this work. For me it is an important service to the human race that I can contribute. I personally would advocate anyone attending these workshops and I encourage you to think about attending either to bring your own ‘issue’ or ‘question’ or to attend to help others to process whatever it is that they are struggling with.

Please try not to be too afraid of the experience. It is deeply human, heart opening and transformative. I really believe it was one of the best holidays that I ever had, partly due to discovering this amazing magical process.
