Join me for Family Constellation workshops in a supportive and reflective setting.
These workshops offer an opportunity to explore family patterns, inherited burdens and relationship dynamics, with the intention of developing greater awareness, understanding and movement in the present.
You are welcome to attend either as an issue holder, bringing something of your own to explore, or as a representative, taking part in another person’s constellation and often gaining insight into your own family dynamics along the way.

What to expect
There will be space for several issue holders and representatives, with time for reflection, connection and gentle exploration throughout the day.
